Ares God of War

Here is a personal illustration featuring Ares, the God of War. I wanted to create something that feels very mythical like it was inspired by the Greek sculptures of the past. Then I added the animals and the skull on the side to tie everything together to evoke strength, war and death. I have to say that this took me so long to finish because a lot of my time was spent working on freelance, and I worked on this little by little in between. Im so glad it's finally over!
